Yoon is a Master Sushi chef who brought his talents to Cherokee County in 2004. He moved here from Chicago where he has extensive experience. He was Sushi Chef at Naniwa and Kamehaci of Tokyo. Head Chef of Japanese Cuisine at the Park Hyatt Hotel. And Chief Chef and Manager of Sushi Doraku (owned by Benihana Corporation).

"I had worked as a Corporate Chef for a long time and decided I wanted to do something on my own. I looked at several areas around the country and decided on the Canton/Cherokee County area. I see large growth here in the next five to ten years. I think Cherokee County is a great market for my product. My goal is to serve the best, freshest Sushi available. If we accomplish that, Yoon Sushi will be a success!"
